The PeDRA Annual Conference is the only meeting venue aimed at fostering multicenter research in pediatric dermatology and forming large-scale research initiatives that advance clinical care of childhood skin disease. Founded in 2012, PeDRA is the only pediatric dermatology research alliance in the country.
Since 2013, the PeDRA Annual Conference gathers more than 125 clinical, translational, and basic science researchers, government leaders, patient advocacy and industry representatives to discuss study ideas, hear updates on current projects, and learn about best practices and novel approaches in research.
The conference is also a venue at which research collaborators join forces to form and advance collaborative pediatric dermatology studies. The conference provides education and membership to new and established pediatric dermatology investigators, focusing on gaps and obstacles in research methodology, manuscript writing, and project management
