
2026 Conference Registration
Registration is now open for the 14th PeDRA Annual Conference being held October 15-17, 2026, at Hilton Alexandria Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. Below please find the registration rates and deadlines, followed by the cancellation and refund policy. *PeDRA Trainees, Medical Students, and Fellows:
- Pediatric Dermatology Clinical Fellows: Clinical fellows who are current PeDRA members in good standing and enrolled in ACGME-accredited pediatric dermatology fellowship programs for the 2025–26 or 2026–27 academic years will automatically receive complimentary registration and a travel stipend. Please fill out this form to receive your free registration code for conference and register for conference by Thursday, October 1, 2026.
- Medical Students and Research Fellows: Due to space limitations, there is a competitive application and review process for medical students and research fellows to attend the 2026 PeDRA Annual Conference. All medical students and research fellows interested in attending the conference must apply to the NextGen Research Forum by Thursday, July 2, 2026, to be considered. Those accepted into conference will receive free registration and a travel stipend. Applications are now closed.
- PeDRA Trainee Members: Refers to PeDRA Trainee Members in good standing for whom the above two criteria do not apply. These members are eligible to apply for a Travel Scholarship to waive the registration fee and help cover travel expenses to attend the conference. Applications are now closed. The deadline to apply for a Travel Scholarship was Thursday, July 2, 2026.
**Non-Members and Industry Partners:
- Non-Members: Not a member yet? Consider joining today to take advantage of discounted rates for conference. Plus, you’ll gain access to member exclusive resources and become part of a community of individuals committed to furthering pediatric dermatology research.
- Industry Partners: Industry participation at the 2026 PeDRA Annual Conference will be limited to representatives from the PeDRA Corporate Council or companies supporting the conference. Eligible companies will be provided with a code for a select number of representatives to register using the non-member category. Please email Mike Siegel, PhD with any questions about industry registration, the PeDRA Corporate Council, or conference support opportunities.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Individuals who have registered for the conference and no longer wish to attend for any reason must submit cancellation requests by email to conference@pedraresearch.org. Full or partial refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:
- Through August 13, 2026: The full registration fee will be refunded following the conference.
- August 14 – October 1, 2026: Registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee,* will be refunded following the conference.
- After October 1, 2026: No refund will be provided.
The same refund schedule will apply regardless of the reason for cancellation. No exceptions will be made. Attendees are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to offset the costs of a potential cancellation.
*If the registration category is less than the $100 administrative fee, there will be no refund, nor will further charges be assessed.
