Travel Scholarship Expectations ATTENDANCE – Travel Scholarship recipients must attend the 2026 PeDRA Annual Conference to receive scholarship payments. USE OF FUNDS – Scholarships must be used to cover travel-related expenses for attending the 2026 PeDRA Annual Conference. Eligible costs may include airfare, ground transportation, meals, lodging, and similar expenses. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS – All scholarship recipients are required to make their own travel arrangements. LODGING – Non-local scholarship recipients are strongly encouraged to stay within PeDRA’s room block at Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, (5000 Seminary Road, Alexandria, VA 22311). RECOGNITION – Recipients must acknowledge a 2026 Travel Scholarship from the Pediatric Dermatology Research Alliance (PeDRA) in any publications or presentations that may benefit, either directly or indirectly from this scholarship. This includes posters or presentations at the 2026 PeDRA Annual Conference. PAYMENT – To process scholarship payments, PeDRA requires a valid email address and mailing address. Domestic scholarship recipients may be paid electronically or by paper check. Non-domestic scholarship recipients will be paid electronically. All Travel Scholarship payments will be made within 45 days of the 2026 PeDRA Annual Conference.
