PeDRA Fellows

Medical students are eligible to apply for the PeDRA Fellow role. As a vital member of our team, the PeDRA Fellow provides essential support to our virtual education programs, the PeDRA Annual Conference, and leadership administration. This non-academic role offers invaluable work experience, insights into nonprofit organization operations, and networking opportunities within the field of pediatric dermatology. Delaney Ding
PeDRA Research Fellow 2026 – present

Delaney Ding is an MD-PhD student in Epidemiology and Data Science at the University of Florida College of Medicine and an NIH NIAMS F30 Predoctoral Fellow. He received his BS in Human Biology, Health, and Society with Honors in Research from Cornell University. His research interests center on dermato-epidemiology, data science, and patient-centered outcomes in pediatric and complex medical dermatology. At PeDRA, Delaney supports research infrastructure, grants programming, outcomes tracking, and collaborative pediatric dermatology research.



Mitch Hanson, MD, MPH
PeDRA Education Fellow 2026 – present

Mitch Hanson is a pediatrics resident at Mass General for Children and graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, where he earned both his MD and MPH. He is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Societies with interests in pediatric dermatology, health equity, skin of color, quality improvement, LGBTQ+ health, and medical media. As PeDRA Education Fellow, he supports educational programming, podcasts, student outreach, and community building efforts within pediatric dermatology.



Hannah Chang, MD
PeDRA Fellow 2024 – 2026

As the 2024-2026 PeDRA Fellow, Dr. Hannah Chang supported the PeDRA leadership, hosted the PeDRA Pub Club, and conducted interviews with members and experts. She played a key role in the success of the 2024 and 2025 PeDRA Annual Conferences and attended partner meetings on PeDRA’s behalf. She was awarded Emerging Investigator Research Grants in 2023 and 2025 under the mentorship of Dr. Joy Wan and Dr. Raegan Hunt, respectively. She earned her MD from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, where she received the Ho Din Award, the institution’s highest honor for a medical student. She also holds a degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Chang matched into Stanford University School of Medicine Residency with a pediatric dermatology focus.



Morgan Dykman, MD
PeDRA Fellow 2022 – 2024

Dr. Morgan Dykman served as the PeDRA Fellow from 2022-2024. Upon joining PeDRA in late 2021, Morgan quickly began networking and collaborating on projects with her mentor, Dr. Jillian Rork. As the PeDRA Fellow, she supported Executive Committee and Board Meetings and led an internal research project all about PeDRA’s connections. She played a large role in the success of the 2022 and 2023 PeDRA Annual Conferences and attended partner meetings on PeDRA’s behalf. Additionally, Morgan was the recipient of a 2023 Emerging Investigator Research Grant and published a paper in Pediatric Dermatology. Morgan matched into dermatology at the University of Minnesota.



Holly Neale, MD
PeDRA Fellow 2021 – 2022

Dr. Holly Neale served as the PeDRA Fellow from 2021-2022. As Fellow, Holly continued to grow PeDRA’s social media presence, provided support for two consensus guidelines efforts, and synthesized results from a priorities-setting initiative conducted by the PeDRA Patient Advisory Committee. In 2022, she matched into the Dermatology Residency Program at UMass Medical School. Holly plans to maintain activities as a PeDRA Member and part of PeDRA’s Early Investigator Committee throughout her residency.



Olivia Davies, MD
PeDRA Fellow 2019 – 2021

Dr. Olivia Davies served as the PeDRA Fellow from 2019-2021. During her tenure she provided support to PeDRA’s Board of Directors and took an active role in consensus guidelines activities. She also extensively grew and managed PeDRA’s social media presence on Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. In March of 2021, she matched into Harvard-Combined’s Dermatology Residency Class of 2025.



Nikki Stefanko, MD
PeDRA Fellow 2017 – 2019

Dr. Nikki Stefanko completed her intern year in Pediatrics at Children’s Wisconsin and is currently a PGY-2 Dermatology Resident at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, IL. She continues to be actively involved in pediatric dermatology research and is planning to pursue a fellowship in pediatric dermatology following residency training.



Thy N. Huynh, MD
PeDRA Fellow 2016-2017

Dr. Thy N. Huynh is a Harvard-trained pediatric dermatologist in Jackson, Mississippi and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Batson Children’s Hospital and University of Mississippi Medical Center. She received her medical degree from University of Alabama School of Medicine.


Jennifer Day, MD
PeDRA Fellow 2015-2016

Dr. Jennifer A. Day is a dermatologist in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota and is affiliated with Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital. She received her medical degree from University of Minnesota Medical School.


Colleen Cotton, MD
PeDRA Fellow 2014 – 2015

Dr. Colleen Cotton was the first PeDRA Fellow, back before we really understood what that meant. She focused on building infrastructure, organizing the membership, and defining the role of the fellow. It set the stage for her remaining very active in PeDRA to this day. Since her time as Fellow, Collen did her residency in dermatology at the University of Arizona, pediatric dermatology fellowship at CHOP, and is now an assistant professor in pediatric dermatology at the Medical University of South Carolina. She is involved in multiple PeDRA committees, Focused Study Groups, and projects.
