2027 PeDRA Mentorship Program

The PeDRA Mentorship Program supports trainees, early-career, and mid-career clinician-scientists seeking to strengthen their pediatric dermatology research skills and expand their professional networks. Mentor-mentee pairs connect regularly—via email, phone, or in person—with at least three required meetings each year. PeDRA staff and the Early Investigator Committee support the program through curated resources, Virtual Mentorship Mingles, and ongoing communications.

This program focuses on building pediatric dermatology research knowledge and skills and does not provide residency-matching guidance or guarantee a research project.

Now in its second year, the Medical Student Research Cohort continues to support medical students interested in pediatric dermatology research. Created in response to unprecedented interest in the PeDRA Mentorship Program, the cohort provides mentorship, networking, and opportunities to engage in research.
