2025 Conference Game Rules

HOW TO PLAY:

  1. The purpose of the Conference Game is to learn, connect, discover, and have fun at Conference!
  2. Compete in as many challenges and answer as many questions to earn points and climb to the top!
  3. Challenges include the Leaderboard questions, Trivia Game, and Passport Contest, and your final score is the total sum of points earned across all challenges.
  4. All challenges must be completed by 11:59PM CT on Friday, October 10, 2025, to qualify for prizes. See the Prizes section below for more information.
  5. The top three winners at 11:59 PM CT on Friday, October 10, 2025, will receive Amazon gift cards and a PeDRA trucker hat. All participants must provide a valid email address to receive a prize. The top 3 prizes will be announced during the Capstone Session. See the Prizes section below for further details.
  6. The top 75 attendees with the highest scores at 11:59 PM CT on Friday, October 10, 2025, are eligible to receive a PeDRA trucker hat. The PeDRA trucker hat prize must be claimed at the Conference and winners can pick up their hat anytime on Saturday morning.
  7. In the event of a tie, the first person to reach the score will automatically be ranked ahead of subsequent people to reach the same score and, if applicable, be the sole recipient of the game prize associated with that position.

AGREEMENT TO RULES: Participation in PeDRA’s 2025 Annual Conference Game constitutes your full agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of PeDRA.

ELIGIBILITY: The 2025 Annual Conference Game is open to all in-person attendees at the 2025 PeDRA Annual Conference. Some answers to the questions can be found on the App or PeDRA Website.

PRIZES: Compete with other attendees to see who can earn the most points! Check your progress against other attendees on the app at any time. The top 75 attendees with the most points at 11:59 PM CT on Friday, October 10, 2025, are eligible to receive a PeDRA trucker hat! All PeDRA trucker hats must be claimed at the Conference, and you must be present to win. Hats will be available at the check-in table. Scroll down to see the prizes* for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

  • 1st Place winner receives a $250 Amazon eGift card.
  • 2nd Place winner receives a $150 Amazon eGift card.
  • 3rd Place winner receives a $100 Amazon eGift card.

*1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners located outside the United States will receive a prize equivalent to the US Dollar value of the prize.
