Mentorship Program
Enrollment for the 2019–2021 Mentorship Cycle is now open! If you would like to be a mentor, or would like to be paired with one.ENROLL NOW
The PeDRA Mentorship program is designed to foster meaningful relationships between early investigators and more senior leaders in the field. Participants are asked to meet at least three times each year to discuss a variety of topics. These relationships can help advance research and career development as well as provide professional connections.
HOW IT WORKS
PeDRA’s mentorship program is a 2-year, 1:1 program. Mentees and mentors are carefully matched based on a compatibility survey submitted by both mentor and mentee applicants. The Early Investigator Committee sends a quarterly, informal newsletter to each participating member with discussion ideas, resources, and other information to help forge this important relationship.
You must be a PeDRA member in good standing. Medical students, residents, fellows are eligible to apply and will be paired with an early career investigator. Early and mid-career investigators may be both mentors and mentees.VIEW DETAILS
